Using The Latest Technology

Prototyping is available with the Mitsubishi Laser. Prototype parts are lasered, then formed with "temporary" tooling. This is ideal for part development and to verify functionality of newly designed parts. When quantities are increased, building a stamping die will lower overall piece price.

The Mitsubishi LXP252 utilizes the use of 4'x8' sheets and can cut up to 1/2" thickness in steel and 1/4" thickness in aluminum.

KTC's Laser is well equipped to handle both short run and long run production cycles.

With its 4'x8' table and additional pallet changer, it can maintain longer burn cycles which reduce total part cost.

KTC currently owns (3) Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines.
