| KTC can custom design your project to suit your needs. We utilize CoCreates ME10 2D software and Autocad. Our Hewlett Packard Designjet 450C handles prints up to "E" size.
We can start your project with a part print that you email to us. "DXF", "DWG", "IGS", and "MI" file extensions are easily handled. If a CAD file is not available, we can use your paper print to design and layout a tool to your specifications.
KTC can "Value Engineer" your parts to find the best way to produce them. This means that parts that may be machined now, could possibly be converted over to a metal stamping saving considerable production costs. We can also evaluate existing metal stampings to see if any cost reduction can be utilized.
CAM software packages include Esprit for our Wire EDM and Laser departments. Esprit is capable of programming up to 4 axis machining on our (3) Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines.
